This process will be coordinated by the newly formed Master Committee and the Town Planner. The Master Plan Committee consists of seven (7) members: Planning Board (2 members), Stoughton Redevelopment Authority (2 members), Board of Selectmen (1 member), Conservation Commission, (1) member and a member of the business committee. One of the goals of the Master Plan Committee is to provide an overview of policies and recommendations with action based items which will guide our forward movement as a unique community.

The consultant team includes Sue Brown, Brian Groth, and Juliet Walker of Brown Walker Planners and Kien Ho of BETA Group, Inc. Brown Walker Planners have a variety of experience related to community and regional planning, land use regulation, and growth management. They have managed master plans and comprehensive plans for communities ranging in size from 8,000 to 60,000 throughout New England, with a particular focus on Massachusetts. BETA Group's municipal services include all forms of municipal consulting from transportation and infrastructure planning to asset management, environmental and structural assessments, and construction services.
